All our SAMEBIKE electric bikes are covered by a manufacturer's warranty . We are committed to offering quality products and reliable, transparent after-sales service.
Warranty duration and conditions
The warranty is for a period of 1 year and covers only replacement electronic parts , under normal conditions of use.
The warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects in electronic components, including (but not limited to):

engine
-
controller
-
screen
-
sensors
-
battery (according to manufacturer's conditions)
❗ The warranty does not cover :

normal wear and tear
-
damage caused by misuse, accident, modification or inadequate maintenance
-
wear parts (tires, brakes, chain, etc.)
-
labor, unless otherwise indicated
Returns Policy
Return period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
Return conditions (mandatory)
To be eligible for a return, the bicycle must meet all of the following conditions:

The bicycle must be new , never used and never unpacked.

The bicycle must be in its original packaging.

All accessories, parts, manuals and documents must be included
⚠️ Any bike that has been unpacked, assembled or used is not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return process
Before returning any item, you must contact us in advance to obtain return authorization.
Once approved, the product can be:

returned according to the instructions provided
